I was impressed with first the website and then Matt ‘s immediate response and coming to our home. The best was when Mr. Atril Packer came to install the lift. He was professional friendly and explained everyda detail of the contract and maintenance of our stairlift. I’m enjoying using it even though I’m not truly in need yet and once and while my husband will use it to transport things out of our basement to our upper floor.

The installer was great! He took his time to install the chair lift. He addressed all our questions and isssues concerning using the chair lift.

People are very helpful, took the time to discern my specific needs. You had things available Acorn said were not available, i.e. swivel chair at top & bottom & extension and retraction of rail. Also, your annual maintenance contracts are much more reasonable than Acorn's.
I have already and will continue to recommend you over Acorn.
