I've had my recumbent trike in several times and Danny and the guys are so good about helping me get it through your front door. Turnaround time is great and that gives you all more room as my trike is bulky. I have recommended your ship too all bikers I meet.

Thank you for all your support and help. The best thing about this shop is the customer service and great sense of community they offer. They’ve gone out of there way to assist and provide great tips. They provide quality service and get you in and out the door expedient if you need or you can share a biking experience and they’ll provide great feedback and suggestions as well.
The staff are beyond knowledgeable and kind and won’t mind educating you so that you can be self reliant while your on the road or trail. The owner and staff are friendly and approachable and you can tell Pocono bike is a special place as soon as you walk into the door and are greeted.
They are a bike shop for the new comer, for the seasoned rider, and for family. They offer opportunities to get out and ride with other riders in the area at all levels, road and mountain bike. And they always practice and preach safety.
If you’re looking for anything bike related, apparel, tuneups, gear, tools, indoor trainers, you name it they can keep you riding all season and if they don’t have it in store I’ve even ordered and had it delivered directly to the store with no problems.
