What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have signed up for a couple programs and I believe I will very much enjoy them. I already have enjoyed the couple times I have went to the exercise room with the cycling.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

So far I have only attended yoga classes, but I have enjoyed the instructor, Lauren. She is very knowledgeable and explains the moves and positions thoroughly. Plus, she has a great sense of humor. I have met several other attendees who are most pleasant and friendly. I am new to the area so this social aspect has been valuable.

The facility seems to be very well equipped and is well staffed and clean.

I have just started at the Y but I am already loving it. The workouts are awesome and the people are even more awesome. People are so friendly there and makes you feel welcome.

Our grandson loves the indoor pool and signed up for the Ninja class. My husband and I look forward to trying out the exercise room soon.

Equipment is always working, clean and available to use. Programs are organized and coached. Pickleball is fun.

Sauna is nice, pool is nice, women's locker room was good. Plenty of parking. Lifeguard was friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the chair yoga, water aerobics, dance fit classes, senior strength classes, and also enjoy the early morning group (5:00 AM), many we have come to know personally and we are close.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Would like to see personal trainers and their clients have available rooms to train in. When you keep adding classes the trainers are limited to the weight room or the hallway. Remember, we pay additional fees for PT.

The wonderful instructors who help us be the best we can be, no matter our age. The kind, welcoming YMCA staff who welcome us and introduce us to a variety of ways we can be healthier, both physically and emotionally.
