Love the water aerobics! Highly recommend Silver Sneakers too. Class time choices are very good.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I would like to see you have some activities in the evenings focusing on older adults. I am almost 68 but continue to work. I'm sure there are others in my age group having this problem. I'm specifically interested in water aerobics. Thanks.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love taking our grown children and grandchildren to the outdoor pool when they are in town during the summer months. We haven't yet used the indoor facilities, but hope to do so in the near future.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I do water aerobics classes three to four times a week it helps physically and mentally I have had three knee replacement surgery a hip replacement the only kind of exercise I can do . The instructos are great.

Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful and organized. They offer a variety of health benefits to children and adults alike. Availability of childcare is also very helpful! Facility is very clean.

I feel like there is no judgement at the rc durr ymca and it is a family atmosphere. I’m very comfortable and safe there.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the kids programs! These programs have taught my kids valuable skills and boosted their confidence to new heights! The staff is so welcoming and encouraging it makes the Y feel like our home away from home.

I like the fitness classes but wish a better detailed schedule and guideline for swim classes were online. I want to sign my kid up, but Im not sure what level she is on
