Small class sizes allows for better instruction.
Shallow Water class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 is challenging but adaptable to any skill level. Renee is friendly encouraging and competent.
Silver Sneakers Stability class on Tuesday and Thursday at 11 is very good for balance, flexibility, and strength training for senior citizens. Nicole explains well what we are to do, does it with us with humor and encouragement.
Have only used workout equipment. I am enjoying this experience for now.

Great Zumba class -- Natombi is a terrific instructor whose class is a real workout, but lots of fun at the same time.

Facility is super clean, inviting, welcoming, and very well maintained. The instructors are friendly and challenging and encouraging.
I love the arthritis classes. I also like the chair yoga. Everyone is friendly there. I’m Very happy coming there. Even though I live in Blue Ash and could go to Blue Ash YMCA.

The gyms are clean, equipment is new, the teachers are great, the Y360 program is wonderful if you don’t want to go to the gym, and I especially love your RESET challenges

Currently I only use the Fitness Center which is what I am mainly interested in using. At some point I want to try a Spinning class. The addition of another inside pool makes the Y more appealing to young families and more inclusive on a year around basis.
This is a friendly and welcoming location. I’m at the beginning stages of building a consistent workout regime. It makes me feel good when I arrive and those behind the desk say welcome back! It’s nothing like being noticed.
I'm welcomed when I call or enter the Powel Crosley Y, and I'm thanked when I leave. Where else does that happen today? Hardly anywhere! It's a great, friendly, well-run Y, and I love the ability to swim laps all winter long under the bubble.

Friendly to Seniors
I like that there are a lot to choose from. Most of them are free, but if you do have to pay a fee it it very reasonably priced. Overall, my mother and I love the YMCA! We are fairly new, but each time we attend we feel like we are part of the YMCA family and we are noticed. I’m so happy we joined!
Mingling with a nice group of people to get exercise. Also, playing pickle ball is a lot of fun! While waiting for the next game to begin, it gives me a good chance to talk one on one with other members.
