The staff at Powel Crosley Jr. YMCA is amazing. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and helpful. They are always able to help answer any questions that I have had about classes.
Amy, the swim instructor, is phenomenal!! She is so patient with the kids. She really cares about them and wants them to have fun learning.

O don't have any pain when I'm in the water!! It has helped me immensely with physical issues.

Our coaches (Megan and Dan Hayes) are great - they are patient and encouraging with a group that's mostly beginners for soccer. The kids seem to have a lot of fun. Only change might be to do more smaller group games - last weekend we split two teams into two games and did 5 on 5 or 6 on 6, which was much nicer for the kids since it was a little less overwhelming. I know other youth soccer programs do this, and of course it's also a function of how much parent volunteer involvement there is. Thank you!

I like the programs, though the equipment for yoga is woefully lacking. It seems like all the other workout classes have plenty of equipment, not sure why Yoga doesn't?

The friendly instructors and availability of the classes

I love lap swimming in your outdoor pool! It's especially good when it's set up long course so that each lap (round trip) is 100 meters. Your filtration system must work very well as the water is always clear. I appreciate the fact that you have several adult lifeguards on duty through the week. I would like to offer special praise for Kathy, Carol, Nancy and Bob. I also appreciate the sheer number of lap lanes available. Even when the team is practicing, there are always enough lanes. The staff is always friendly and greets me when I check in. I alternate with another Y that's closer to home, buy always enjoy Powell Crosley when I have a little extra time to drive over. Thanks!
