What do you like about our programs and activities?

We bring our grandsons to swim practice and use our Silver Sneakers membership. We don't use it as much as we should but facilities are always clean and people are always friendly. The programs that are offered are set up for people at any level of activity and there are plenty of choices.

I personally prefer private workouts. The use of the various weight machines specifically stomach, leg & arm work , swimming and steam room at the end of my workout is most beneficial!

What is available at this center, good for all ages.

FYI: Why is it such a deal to get the elleptical machine volume fixed? It's the 4th one in the room. The sound stays at 40 and you can't increase it. Even if you have your earbuds on, the monitor writes the dialogue. You can only hear out of one ear, and very minimally.
The next time you lease equipment can you please see that the three major networks are available? Some machines have them, but many do not. Fox is available always and, on at least one big TV, sometimes even two. :(
