I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class very much. The instructors are very helpful and bring a lot of energy to the program.

I love the P.C,Y.The outdoor pool, with and especially without the bubble is like heaven on earth.The staff is wonderful across the board.I feel very fortunate to be a member.I'm particularly fond of the extended lap swimming outside in the spring and fall.I think the other swimmers feel the same way!
