I can choose my activities.

I like the availability of water aerobics 5 days a week, open swim on the weekends, the exercise room, the children's sports activities at some of the other locations and the friendliness of everyone that works there.

I like the variety of classes.

I have been taking the Silver Sneakers classes which are fun, while strengthening and keeping my body in shape. It also gives me a reason to leave the house and talk with people that are becoming friends.
