The people at the y are just Great! they are always there to help you and Cindy is the Greatest. And you meet just wonderful people there. Everyone there is so very friendly. And don't forget Cathy and Rick they are wonderful.

The equipment available for workout is great. My wife and I have not been utilizing the YMCA for 2 years (since pandemic). We returned today to our Arthritis water workouts and it was great. We feel so refreshed and energized after attending water workout and using machines. Thank you they were sorely missed.
