My instructors are amazing (Donna for Silver Sneakers, and Pam & Frank for aquatic arthritis).
The staff at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful!
I met some amazing people among my class mates - I feel that I am surrounded by friends.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Classes. I wish strength train together was offered more frequently.

I also enjoy Pilates. All of the instructors are great!

I don't partake in the programs and activities but I find this facility to be staffed by friendly people,it has great hours of operation and it is handy and close so I can zip over in the morning for a workout then be back home before my morning meetings begin. Keep up the good work!

There is something for everyone at The Y. They have a large variety of activities from swimming lessons to yoga. All levels of fitness are welcome. You can enjoy these activities with your newly found friends.

I love the opportunities for year-round lap swimming, especially the bubble in winter.

I like how easy it is to reserve a lane on the new app.

I appreciate the ability to put my membership on hold if I am away from Cincinnati for an extended period.
