So far everything

We have been members of PCY since 1972. Our youngest daughter swam for PCY Tigersharks for 12 years and I helped with YBA basketball. I have always thought it was a great place for kids to grow up and meet new friends. I also feel the fitness facility at the Y is good and the swim facilities are the best in Cincinnati. I have meet several of the executives that lead PCY and I've been impressed with their professionalism and their concern to help everyone enjoy the facility.

Good so far. I'm still new and haven't done them yet.

Friendly staff

I like that there are a variety of programs and activities offered.

Each instructor and staff is so nice. They are friendly and patient. And exercise room is clean.

Swimming, but in the winter and colder months the water could be warmer for members to enjoy all season workouts as well

There is limited availability in both the indoor and outdoor pools to swim when swim teams are practicing. So unfair to the community members who pay their monthly fees and want to swim in the late afternoon and early evening. We joined the Y to swim. How disappointing to learn that we can’t use the indoor pool since it’s only offered two hours a day when I can’t go during that time, and when I can go to the outdoor pool all the lanes are reserved for swim teams.

I am visually impaired and 88 yrs. of age. The Y is wonderful for me to be able to swim laps. The staff are super helpful and they have accommodated my helpers with personal attention. I have been at Powel Crosley for more than 50 yrs. Thank you for being better than ever.
