I recently signed two of kids up for classes. My experience with registration was very smooth and I was provided contact info that I used to ask a few questions. When we arrived for the class we were greeted and directed in a very friendly manner to the gym. Over I love how organized the programs are and that all the information is available online and paying online is very simple.

While we do enjoy the indoor water park throughout the year, this past Memorial Day weekend marked the opening of the outdoor pool - and so begins our favorite time of the year. Not only is the outdoor space wonderful for folks of all ages, with plenty of chairs and room for everyone, the pool provides opportunities to swim laps, enjoy the shallows, and the diving boards and deep end. The staff is exceptional as well. The team provides a tremendous service to each attendee while answering any question we may have - and each lifeguard and deck supervisor are always engaging and friendly.
Additionally, the folks at the front desk are very helpful and are always happy to see us and hear about how we're doing. Being a member of the Powel Crosley Jr YMCA has been a huge benefit to our family. Thank you. We can't wait to back tomorrow!

The swimming is excellent all children should learn how to swim at a young age. The education mixed with the arts and crafts seems to be good for early development.

Love the outdoor pool. Love the staff, esp Peggy at the front desk and Daniel, the aquatics director. Your aquatics team is exceptional. I always feel safe. The environment is clean and the staff are attentive and so nice. I hope it remains that way once summer gets underway with the swimming in the outdoor pool...

My daughter is enrolled in the pre-care at John Paul II School and loves going to the pre-care program. Missy and the assistants at JPII are so friendly and helpful. Missy is very good with communicating updates or concerns. She always does such a wonderful job and it's a pleasure to see her every day and hear how much my child loves to see her and the other assistants.

I love your shallow and deep water classes. Renee is an excellent instructor!!
