Cycling class with Laura! Seriously she is my inspiration to work out every Monday night.

Everyone is very friendly at the Y! The front desk staff always greet us when we arrive.

I love how clean the building is too. Never have felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the building. Great place to be.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I USED to like the class offered at 10:45 or 11:00 for seniors. Now it’s only at 8:30 and I am unable to make that. Unfortunately, there’s no class for me now.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

You have great instructors that make it fun. I started with water aerobics and Sue then switched to Katie because of time slot. Not an early morning person. The 10 o'clock time slot is better. Then I added chair yoga with Jenny. Had never done Yoga and she does a great job. I get alot of exercise with the silver sneakers which I love. Thank you for offering alot of different options.
