I love that we can sign up to swim online. I love the ladies bible study I attend.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like working out every day plus I attend all the Silver Sneakers classes, morning Yoga, Boot Camp and Saturday morning Strength Training class.I also like the fact that the ME Lyons Y offers COVID shots and other programs. In fact I with they offered more to be sure everyone is up to date. Thank you.

I use ONLY the pool for lap swimming & have for 40 years. the Lyons Y is welcoming to us who like swimming but are not of swim team caliber.
However, the last 2 times I tried to cancel my reservation, the computer would not accept the cancellation.

I like that I can come there and do my arthritis exercises in the indoor pool. I love the fact that you have several hours of free swim and I don't have to reserve a spot in the pool. So much nicer than the Campbell county ymca.
