Good class teachers, classes start on time. Teachers make classes fun. Teachers are very knowledgeable.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the weight machines and cardio machine selection. Keep up the deep water exercise classes, they are so important to many that have difficulty with other exercises. Front desk folks always friendly and welcoming. Always things to improve, but great location and choices.
