What do you like about our programs and activities?

The two classes I attend, Boot Camp and Group Power, not only give you a great workout but the instructors make them fun to attend.
The programs and activities are at different times and days making them work well to fit into my schedule. They are also easy to schedule on the app.
There are many different activities and programs for everyone. I personally love the Pickleball and all those members who join in and play.

Love the facility. Staff goes out of their way to help you. Took the Stability class with Kelley who was excellent in instructing. I wish we could have this class several times a week at this time of day. The updating of the facility is excellent. The exercise equipment is great and there is enough that I have never had to wait.

I see so many people of different shapes and sizes and ages in many activities. It helps me realize that I can do it. Everyone is friendly and helpful - and not just employees but members who take a moment to share their knowledge.
