I use the pool regularly for non-weight bearing exercise. Love the shower facilities. Such friendly staff.
Recumbent bike, I wish there were a few more of them, they are popular, and good for me recovering from a hip replacement surgery!
I like the large size of the exercise room and large variety of equipment types.
I like the swimming pools, the ladies room with private showers, dressing rooms and etc.
I am also pleased with the large parking lot with easy access to the building. All at Lyons Y.

Swimming laps. I especially appreciate the renovated showers in women’s locker room.
Every time I enter the building I am greeted by someone behind the desk with a genuine hello.
Easy to register, friendly greeters, great barre class and outdoor pickleball!
I do not take advantage of all classes due to the time of day. I prefer earlier than later. I miss the class of body sculpting, which works the whole body but not at a high intensity.
Traditional, family orientated, well organized, wonderful staff, clean facility.

we mainly use for open gyms, but my wife attends some of the classes (yoga).
Pool
There's a nice variety of group classes throughout the day on land and in the pool. The workout room has cardio and weight training equipment and there's always equipment available.
We love the sports programs and kids club for the kids, and the convenience of how close to home the Y is for my husband and I to workout!
The Chair Yoga class has a great teacher! It's been perfect for me!!
