The variety and availability
I like that you are available (face-to-face), that I am able to interact with instructors in classes. I have lost about 35 pounds in the past year or so because of my participation in exercise and yoga classes, and my doctor is very pleased with my results. The programs are easy to schedule, there is a wide range of different programs that will meet most peoples needs, the instructors that I have worked with seem to know what they are doing and make the classes interesting and enjoyable for all.
Primarily focus on Yoga which I enjoy -
Swimming and yoga classes
The major reason I go to the Y is for the classes they offer. I take all the Silver Sneakers classes plus the morning Yoga class. They all help me with my balance and general health. I also work out in the work out room after or before my classes. This helps me to gain the muscle back I lost when I was sick.

Great instructors, they keep me moving and wanting more.
Enjoy swimming in the indoor pool especially during this time when group exercise is not possible.

Classes are challenging. I love that you can go at your own pace. And I absolutely love the people at the Y from the staff to the others in my classes. Everyone is so encouraging and I feel like people are excited to see me each day.
