Your Yoga classes and “Group Power” and Body Balance are all great. Yoga Bob is just such a wise and great teacher who really cares and makes Yoga classes very nice. I also have been luck enough to have a guide like Margie Casssni as a personal trainer and can use the machines in your workout room to keep in shape. Your front desk greeters are almost always helpful and nice and make questions it a problem. Just love the Y and their help living longer and healthier!! Thanks!!

As a new member, so far I've just used the cardio and weight machines, as well as the gym for basketball. But I look forward to exploring other programs and activities.

What instructors there are at the M E Lyons branch are very good. Body balance and Zumba are great additions recently added to the classes offered but the amount of yoga classes has decreased. I know they are doing the best they can to offer as many classes as possible but right now there’s a studio just sitting there doing nothing from 9:15 -10:45am on Tuesday and Thursdays which is needs to be filled with either yoga or Zumba
I especially love the pool and all of the facilities that make using the pool easier. The locker room is spacious, the showers are comfortable, and everything is clean and easy to use. I haven't trued the exercise machines yet, but I spent a few minutes watching a lot of old folks like myself using them, so I'll give them a whirl next time.
I don’t use any activities, but always find the workout machines clean and there is alway a free machine for me to work out on.
Group activities encourage me to show up and exercise when I could easily decide not to.

Instructors are kind and knowledgeable, willing to listen to the participants.
