Classes are very welcoming! My favorites are yoga with Kate and tabata with Brandi. I love the options to swim and and then relax in the sauna or steam room.

I like being able to swim laps, and I like that there are a lot of available time slots.

I like being able to reserve a lap lane for swimming.
I love Silver Sneakers.
I appreciate the personnel at the desk saying “hello” when I check in and “goodbye” when I leave. A small gesture but an almost lost bit of humanity in a rude, nasty society.

I like the gym and swimming pool area. I want Deb to come back and teach strength on Tuesday and Thursday.

The different types of classes meet broad range of needs and fitness levels. Staff provide excellent customer service from director to program managers to front desk staff, and instructors. I always feel cared for and listened to.

I live closer to Powel Crosley but today happened to be near Gamble Nippert Y, so I came in to work out. I don't do any programs there. Just workout in the exercise room. Treadmill and weights.
