The instructors in the silver sneakers are fantastic.
I really only use the exercise room. Once in a while I shoot basketball. I should probably take advantage of the water aerobics.

Everything about the Y is amazing
Employees are wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. A variety of activities are offered for everyone's age and ability which is very important. There is a sense of family and community among both employees and members.
Workout classes
I love the classes. However I hope more classes can be added. Particularly the chair yoga. I would sign up for that everyday I'm off if had additional classes and alternate times

I was told about each and every program that they had that were pretty much benefit me and their classes and how I can go at my own pace. I just signed up, but I am very anxious to get started.
I mostly just play on your racquetball court.
