The elliptical bike is very fun and easy on the body. Large fans make things comfortable and cool and people are very friendly.

The dance fitness class meets my expectations for my life and well being. I have met many nice women. We have fun and laugh together. Our instructor is a great teacher who has fun along with us. I have also enjoyed the Silver Sneakers classic classes. The overall body workout helps toning and balance. I am eighty years old. I hope to take advantage of these classes for years to come.

I enjoy the variety of the activities and programs,the openness and. Friendly atmosphere and cleanest of the facilitie.

I love having a variety of classes to choose from. However, many of the morning classes begin at 9 am. I utilize the Kids Club, but they also open at 9. I would love for Kids Club to be open around 8:45 or 8:50 so that parents don’t have to be late to classes.

The instructors are friendly and change up the music and exercise routines. They make you feel comfortable to modify if necessary.

I really enjoy the shallow water exercise programs. It allows me to get exercise without the impact on my joints.

We have so much fun at our Water aerobics class plus our Silver Sneakers class is great!! Both of the instructors are terrific!! I can’t wait to go to the classes!!

The classes that I take are conducted by teachers that are attentive to the students abilities and needs.
The exercise room with machines is kept in order.
I am glad that Gamble Nippert has a food pantry and programs for children.

The equipment on the workout floor is always working and that’s important to me.
