The amount and variety of group classes

Everything!!!

I like having to reserve a swim time. Helps to know you can swim your laps with plenty of room!

I like the silver sneakers classes.
I love the indoor pool.
Tai Chi instructor is phenomenal.

I love the water aerobics class and the Siver Sneakers class. The instructors are the Best!!!

The lap-swimming. Apparently the times I "need" are opportune for getting a lane to myself.

I never have to wait to use the equipment in the exercise room. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy. Facility is clean.

I like the variety and accommodations for all ages. Staff is very friendly.

Appreciate the variety of classes and that there are good evening times for classes.

It would be nice if the outdoor pool was open earlier on Saturdays

Friendly and clean atmosphere

Like the classes, particularly Dance Fitness and Silver Sneakers Circuit. Enjoy the pool, although I haven't seen the slide in use this summer at all. I would't use it myself, but it would be nice for the kids. Think it's nice that you have family events on the pool deck to make summer a little more special. Again, I don't go to these, but glad they're offered. I like that GNY is for people of all ages.

Everything I seen so far I just started the membership but I like the pool and gym.

Group fitness classes with encouraging instructors

Life guards are friendly, and very helpful.

I am a new member so don't really know but plan to swim laps and do water exercise, maybe some fitness classes

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean.

I love the pool on the weekends. It does get very busy and very noisy from the kids but I enjoy the pool time.

Camaraderie between other members

I just recently joined and have not taken any classes or anything yet however the app looks very easy to use. It looks like it's easy to schedule a group or class. And I'm looking forward to participating in some of those things. My son is excited to be able to swim during the summer and during the year with the indoor pool. The location is very close to us My son can even walk if he wants to.

The programs allow for a person to move at their pace OR if you prefer work with a group.

Everything is so clean & available. I've never had a problem using the machines that I want to. The locker rooms are always so clean & the pool is amazing.

So far, it appears there is ample availability for free time/style activities. Programs and organized activities do have a place of course. But I have only been a member for a week.
