What do you like about our programs and activities?

The YMCA Central Parkway has a variety of classes offered with well trained instructors. Mercedeh's Yoga on Saturdays is always something my husband and I look forward to.
John's Monday - Friday Silver Sneakers is a great workout. Don't be fooled by the name Silver Sneakers as John always challenges his class to strive harder.
Katie's Monday, Wednesday Power Yoga is just that! However, modifications for a slower pace are always an option. Katie brings a great midmorning stress relief to the class and I always walk away feeling renewed. She is a fantastic instructor.
The Y is a great place with great people.

I like the location and the size, layout, and condition of the facility. The staff are personable and helpful. Classes are scheduled at convenient times.

Really can't comment on the overall facility because I only come one day a week for the silver sneakers class. But any place dedicated to the health and welfare of people is okay with me.

Men's steam room and extra large locker room... as Elm St has amenities that some of the other YMCA locations don't have.

Best part of YMCA, is being able to utilize multiple locations.

Friendly helpful staff. I'm not a regular at Elm St... but its impressive to see how many of the members know some of the staff on a first name and or personal basis.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the central parkway y. It is so nice, the locker room is very clean along with the rest of the facility. I like that towels are provided. Although I don’t get to attend classes often I have enjoyed the variety.
