Gym equipment is top notch, there’s plenty of space for me to do yoga/ stretching which some gyms do not have, clean steam room, and actually good free coffee!

The staff is very personable,, especially at the pool. I enjoy the spinning classes also.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The gym felt pretty clean and the staff was helpful.

I do wish there were some new mats (the ones I used were very used and kind of falling apart) additionally there were no resistance bands at the time. Would love to have access to those!

I am enjoying the group fitness classes. The instructor for Zumba is very inclusive, high energy and fun.

The facilities I used were all solid. When equipment failed it seemed to be quickly repaired.
