I use the equipment in the gym especially the nustep, I also use the swimming pool outside. I did notice the bottom of the pool could be smoothed out some, but I do enjoy using it and water walking in it.
I am a new member to the Y and am extremely impressed with the care that was given to explain the different equipment by Jan (an outstanding person!). However, since I'm not a tech savvy person, I think the method to participate to sign in for the classes should be made easier please.
I'm looking forward to visiting this lovely Y often.

I appreciate most of the instructors and there's a fair amount of variety.
I love the Blue Ash YMCA - I just wish you could figure out a solution so people can swim laps without having to use the Main Pool due to temperature. The swim team is popular, and I understand why you need to give them the lion's share of the pool time in Ferris.
Unfortunately, the LCM / outdoor pool cannot get a bubble due to cost. It's sad that both the YMCA and the Blue Ash Rec Center cannot figure out a way to collaborate so there is a competitive pool LCM/SCY year-round for everyone like Powel Crosley.

I visited the pool. The locker room is nice & clean. Pool was also nice. Lifeguards seemed to be attentive. Nice music playing. Will definitely be back.
Fitness room, Steam room, friendly atmosphere
I stopped in to check out your pool and your aquatics program and was very Impressed. The young lady at the front desk was very very helpful and a lifeguard, a young gentleman told me a little bit about your aquatic programs and was extremely helpful.

I like the availability of swim lanes and times. Also reserving times for lap swimming and the policy of all lap lanes are shared, 2 swimmers in each 25 yard lane, 4 in the 50 meter lanes.
I like the variety of equipment in the fitness center, adequate room for mat work. Allows for a complete workout.
