Silver Sneakers is a great class. Agnes and Nancy do a good job and get us moving. I don’t go on Friday so I can’t comment.
I like the variety of fitness class offered offered. I enjoy the inclusive culture at the Blue Ash YMCA.

I’m very impressed with the variety of classes and the updated workout facilities. The pricing is amazing for all of the options. I’m signed up for my second class tomorrow and plan to visit the Y almost daily moving forward.
Silver Sneakers classes are great for seniors.
I really enjoy Jan, the Instructor for Fit for Life. (a Silver Sneakers Class). I feel much more flexible, stronger and less muscle aches. In addition to liking her instruction, she does a great job in engaging her students. She makes you want to get up and move.
