We actually haven’t taken advantage of the programs and activities yet- just joined and have really only used the pool. Do like the idea that it’s all in one place though!

The basketball program is a great starting point! I love how games are explained at a level that the kids can understand. It’s just the right pace for someone who is beginning to love the game. Everyone is patient and kind as well!

I like the indoor pool in the water aerobics and options for water walking. I wish we had a whirlpool and an indoor track. I’m at the Blue Ash why?
They meet all my needs. I would like to see class sizes limited. Sometimes I feel like we trip over each other.
Everyone is so nice. Makes you feel like you are importing to them.
Our child enjoyed all the outdoor activities and opportunity to swim.

The variety of different programs
The instructors are great. The front desk young lady is so helpful and pleasant- she was just hired. And the young lady with the dyed hair was exceptional. I think she taught the new young lady.
Just got a membership and I have not had the opportunity to participate in any activities. The experience of applying for membership and coordinating with the staff was a very positive experience!
I like the outdoor pool and weights/cardio
The facility has a friendly clean and full of helpful staff members. Activities and events are clearly posted around the building and the staff was very quick to offer assistance with finding activities and answering questions. We are always greeted in a friendly manner every time we come.
I love silver sneakers. We need more sections!!!
I like the recumbent bike, too. Since there are only two, they are often in use and for s long time. We need more bikes.
