I use Blue Ash for the free swim time. The water is cozy warm, the dressing rooms are clean. Though, the accessible shower has a huge leak, you might look into it.

My participation at the YMCA is limited to swimming several times week. I like the appointments system and the app is easy to use ( though I am not sure why I have to sign in again from time to time.)
The improvements to the women’s locker room at the main building are a welcome upgrade. This is nitpicky—but why would you want to remove a hook from one of the changing stalls or if it fell out during the construction why not replace it? Also one of the shower stalls has no hook outside it or one of the racks inside it—the other shower stalls seem to have hooks and rack which are useful features. Anyway, the improvements are overall very nice.

Love anything Derek Mast is involved with and the kindness of the instructors for kids programs (youth sports, swimming). The facilities are well-maintained and it is a quality, affordable, convenient place for our family.
People at the Welcome Desk are always very friendly and helpful. The group instructors are always encouraging and helpful, pushing you to do your best but at the same time understanding if you cannot do the exercise or keep up with the class. I have done the Spinning with Joe and Boot Camp with Jan. I enjoy both group classes.

Everything - everyone is so friendly (front desk people!!!) It is a great place and Silver Sneakers is great exercise. I am healthier because of it. I look forward to coming to the Y.

I enjoy the people and instructors. Water is good for me to exercise. Michelle was my favorite because she was in the water and talked with us. Explaining why we are doing this exercise. Enjoy the music too. John is good too but he gets a little bit mad when people are talking. He explains why we are doing certain exercises and has good music. Wish it was 1 hour. I have been a member on and off for about 12 years. Shallow water has been my favorite program to do. It’s important to have a good instructor. I have met many friends through this Y.

Love that we are continuing the reservations for the lanes in the pool. Dave is wonderful at the front desk. So was Maria. Sad she is gone.
Silver sneakers is a great program! I really enjoy the exercise as well as meeting new people in the class.
Staff is very helpful . There are plenty of variety of classes to attend. As well there are chances of assisting the community through the YMCA
