After my favorite fitness center (Curves for Women) closed, I hadn't found any program I liked as well until I recently joined the Y.

The Campbell County YMCA has programs for all ages and abilities. The programs have a goal of building a strong mind and body.

Lots of activities. Lots of new people to meet.

Great for kids.
we've especially appreciated the basketball and swim programs.

Given several opportunities to lapswim throughout the day. (Would like more family splash swim times though.)

Enjoy zumba gold class with Connie. She is well prepared and makes the class lots of fun.
