As I knew basically nothing about electric bikes, Dean did a fantastic job of explaining the different kinds to me and gave me a great demonstration of how the Trek bike worked. He helped me select the one that would fill my needs.
The staff is very attentive to the needs and wants of their customers. They follow through even if there is a problem with no excuses. They are a pleasure to work with.
