Dean and his staff at Trek of Bradenton did an outstanding job repairing my 2018 Emonda SLR. The bottom bracket bearings had totally failed and were stuck on the crank spindle, making it impossible to disassemble in order to replace the bearings. Through a combination of perseverance, ingenuity, and effort, the Trek Bradenton team was able to remove remove the damaged parts and successfully complete the repair. Dean and his team are due 100% of the credit for this accomplishment.
