Very, very helpful, especially since I did not purchase a bicycle through their shop and considering my age and needs, likely never would and that did not deter their service to me. Offered bicycle repair/maintenance service whenever I needed it. Shop was clean, personnel were pleasant, professional and helpful without being pushy.

Staff seems to care about taking care of customers. Fairly quick turnaround and a 2-bike tuneup. A bit pricey, but a good job was done.

knowledgeable and stick to the original quote and time and they call you if they need to change the cost or delivery time. I'm old fashioned so I like those characteristics. They could be a little cheaper on the price mark up on parts.
