Very, very helpful, especially since I did not purchase a bicycle through their shop and considering my age and needs, likely never would and that did not deter their service to me. Offered bicycle repair/maintenance service whenever I needed it. Shop was clean, personnel were pleasant, professional and helpful without being pushy.
