Easy deal, all done over the phone
The whole experience was great. I have a 20+ year old Trek mountain bike that has more than served me well. I just moved to Bradenton and the movers damaged my bike. So I went online and found your store. I wanted to go to you because you specialize in selling/servicing Trek. I brought the bike in and you gave me a very reasonable price for a complete update.Well, when I went to pick up my bike it looked new!! Unbelievable attention to detail! 20 years of grit and grime gone! Everything works perfectly. Thanks so much!

Easy check in and quick repair of my flat tire. Provided the correct (but unusual) size tire. Professional and knowledgeable. A bit of sticker shock on the price of items and service. This happens a lot lately in our Inflation infested current world.
The individuals in the shop were knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a printout of the cost to repair my bike after they described exactly what services and parts were going to be used on my bike.
I had to wait a bit for the needed parts to arrive. However I had been told it would be a number of days before the needed parts were arrived. I was called and kept informed as progress on my bike moved forward.
I did get an extensive repair and rehab of my bike. I was called when it was completed. The bike was repaired to my satisfaction. I had picked it up yesterday afternoon which was June 21. I live in Sarasota and road it today June 22 for 33 miles around Benderson Park. Stayed near my house just in case I had an issue. The performance of my bike was flawless and I was very happy with it and enjoyed my ride.
I’ve had my bike for 11 years. It’s a Trek Emonda with disc brakes and electronic shifting. The bike was feeling like it was new again. The shop did a wonderful job with my bike. Would recommend it for repair needs and purchase of a new bike if desired.

staff was super pleasant and helpful. for basic repairs I may use the downtown LWR bike shop for location convinience but I really liked your store. if you had a reasonably priced service plan however, I would consider buying it and frequenting only your store.
