I needed a new tire and a spoke replaced. Spoke to Dean and his staff. They were extremely helpful and informative. Dean also showed me a couple of new bikes that were on sale. Friendly without any pressure. Dean showed me all the features and benefits.

The Trek Bicycle store here in the Gatewood shopping Plaza is awesome. I have purchased three bikes from them so far. A verve, An FX3 and my incredible Domane 6/4. They service everything that I have, and I also buy most everything I need from them. Their support is great, their turnaround on service is exceptional! I stop in every Thursday just to say hi and kibitz with Dean the owner for a few moments regarding new things and bicycling performance for the past week. Repair was completed quickly and there was good communication.
They were able to quickly give us an estimate on what it would cost for the work on our bike that was needed. The work was completed in a few days, and we feel like our older bike, with the work completed, is like new again. Highly recommend this business.
