That when I came into the store at 4:15pm expecting to pick up my bike. Mason took the time to find my bike and change the seat per my request even though it was supposed to be done when I dropped it off in the am. I called at 3:15pm to check to see if it was done and I was told it would be ready in an hour, however, when I arrived it had not been fixed! Mason took my seat and changed it for me. Thank you
