Reasonable, thorough and quick
Very accessible store. Got a flat on my eBike that I did not buy there and they did not carry the size tire I needed. But they were happy to order the appropriate tire and mount it for me. Bike was ready on the day they promised and no surprises with the estimate they provided when I dropped off my bike.
The gentleman that we bought our bikes was very knowledgeable. He gave us the opportunity to try several different bikes. Very enjoyable experience!
The customer service was incredible. I'm not sure of the gentleman I worked with, perhaps the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The bike was in the shop for an annual tune up and it turned out great!
Dean was very helpful! He matched me with the perfect Trek. Im 60 with a bad hip so he fitted me with a Verve 3 lowstep over. Its perfect and he tuned it up for me and I am very happy with the friendly fast service. I will use this store for all my maitenance needs in the future.
