I came in with a reapir that was needed. i was presented with my options and varies prices and was able to make a decision and conclude the transaction quickly.
I was greated when i walked in and was asked how i could be helped. They paid attention to the customer and detail.
I also really liked what i saw at the store and may be back soon for a new bike as mine is about 15+ years old.
The owner has provided me with exceptional services for many years. High recommend.
I had no choice but to purchase a front wheel for my wife’s bike. I researched the internet only to find the shipping cost was the same price the wheel was. Not acceptable to me. I purchased the wheel there and the price was slightly high, but I thought it was fair considering.
Dean was friendly and gave me an excellent tech tip about the new wheel that I never thought of doing. Thank you Dean for that. It made a lot of sense to me! I’ll stop by there again for certain bike parts. I recommend this shop.

The Trek store has great customer service. Everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable about product and repairs. The repairs are done in a timely manner and very reasonable.
I found this store online when I was looking for a bike repair shop. From the information over the phone to dropping off my bikes it was an easy process. I left two bikes and the staff got them tuned up and fixed an issue with one of them in less time that I figured and did an awesome job. I went home after I picked them up and brought them back another one of my bikes. Great experience and super friendly staff. Will use them for all my bike needs from now on.

Awesome customer service and product knowledge
I dropped off my new, unassembled Priority Current Plus E-bike late Saturday for them to assemble. It was promised Wednesday or Thursday, but was ready Tuesday, early morning. Everything seems perfect. Great first ride, to my house.

I always have a great experience at my local Trek bike shop. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff really looks out for their customers. They even check to see if parts are still under warranty before recommending replacements, which has saved me money.
