Went in for help with a front wheel problem, which they explained the cause of. We had a nice discussion of the bike’s background and my brief ownership (I bought it used) leading to my asking them to do a maintenance check up (I wish my doctor were as attentive.) Now, the bike ride is totally smooth and I’m much more confident of how to maintain it myself.
