I had a tire that was about to blow and I went into the Trek store and was immediately met by a service person who took a look and found me a new tire and changed it within minutes of my arrival as I was out on a ride when I noticed the problem. I am very satisfied with how I was treated and would recommend this store highly.

These guys were amazing! I brought in my bike to have multiple fixes completed. I brought the bike in on a Saturday morning. They told me it would be Monday afternoon or Tuesday and by that same Saturday afternoon. I got a call that it was done. I would highly recommend these people to anybody looking to either buy a bike or get their bike fixed they were incredible!!!!!

One small disappointment regarding my recent service. When I dropped off my bike I told the technician I wanted to see the tire tube that had the leak. When I picked up the bike , the tube was not available.
