We brought 2 older bikes in to be “tuned up”. The staff assessed the bikes and recommended minimal work-enough to get the bikes working without overdoing it and spending unnecessarily. I really appreciated their recommendations and will definitely go back there to purchase new bikes if that’s what we decide. Great customer service. Thank you.

The bike I purchased is the best bike I have ever owned and I love it. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and I like the tune up that is provided at 30 days and 3 months. I think that is a great way to keep customers satisfied, although the bike itself is more than enough to keep me satisfied.
