The bike I purchased is the best bike I have ever owned and I love it. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and I like the tune up that is provided at 30 days and 3 months. I think that is a great way to keep customers satisfied, although the bike itself is more than enough to keep me satisfied.

The bike we got (Roscoe 24) is great. My son loves it. I cannot believe how light it is.
