Very helpful and friendly to answer any questions on upgrading your bike or quick at getting you the stock part found. Good pricing for the high quality parts that they sell. Already ready to go back for a tune up and I have already recommended a friend to get his Trek tuned up from them as well.

Since my own first mountain bike in the Jurassic (a Trek Antelope) I have bought bikes for my kids (one now 17!) from Trek. The bikes are solid in build quality and have components that are at the top of the price bracket, with nice styling and geometry as well. A consistently competitive choice.
