The man that helped me was very knowledgeable

The bike was ready when promised, but at this time of year, it would be nice to have a tune-up turnaround time of less than a week.
I’m just getting into biking and the staff was very helpful in making sure I was fit for the right bike and that it met my budget.

Good selection of high-quality E-Bikes. Salesman Keith Morlen was top notch in assisting us through every step of the shopping and purchasing process. A knowledgeable bike enthusiast that I immediately felt comfortable dealing with, Keith offered several options and explained the differences between each. Honest service.
Sales persons at the Clarksville location are always very helpful and knowledgable. Worked with Ian on latest purchase and he was great to work with. Clarksville store is very convenient, clean, well stocked and well managed. Home delivery and install persons, Chad and Javon did a good job setting up the equipment and offered helpful suggestions.

They give honest opinions and don’t try to sell additional services you don’t need. They’ll work on any brand, style, or age of bike whether it was purchased at Schellers or not. You can tell they simply like bikes and enjoy working on them. I’ve trusted them for 15 plus years to work on my bikes and do any repairs I don’t feel comfortable doing myself.

Scheller's had a very wide selection of premium quality bikes. The website was very convienient with helping me narrow down what I was looking for. And Jesse R. was *extremely* knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of carefully talking me through the benefits of each model I was leaning towards. I settled on the Trek Dual Sport 2 and could not be happier! Outstanding job, Jesse!
