I was looking for a new bike. The shop mechanics were also the sales personnel. They took the time to listen to my needs, answer my many questions, contact the manufacturer for additional information, and offered some suggestions. They were knowledgeable about their products, availability, ordering, and compatibility of alternate components. They were very quick and efficient when it came time to fulfill the order and build up the bike. They were very responsive when it came time for e-communications and contacted me when they said they were going to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Gave me an estimate for the work and asked if it was ok to proceed before completing the proposed work. Good communication via text and phone calls. Prompt service and got the job done ahead of schedule. Bike runs great after the tune up!
Always friendly and accommodating. Revo folks know their business and give great customer service. Fair rates and reasonable turnaround times for bike services. Only shop in town that I’ll go to and I own a Specialized bike.
