The young man working the front counter ( Ithink his name was Trey ?) very helpful. He gave me a quote to assemble a 3 wheel bike but said he wanted to confirm it with his boss. Both guys in the shop were extremely helpful to me in my dilemma as a traveler with a battery issue with my ebike. Made my further travels to make the bike safer on the car a possibility.

I went to Revolution Bikes on Friday afternoon because I was having trouble with my tire - but I also had some questions about getting a new bike. The guy who helped me (smaller guy with clear frame glasses) took a ton of time to talk through all of the options, to explain the pros and cons of different components, and to answer all my questions. He never made me feel inferior for not understanding anything. I felt really respected and like I got great service. It makes me want to work with Revolution on a bike build. I'll definitely be back.
So great! I came in from the street with a tire about to blow out and they just walked it in and fixed it as I waited! Thank you all so much… they also prepped some e-bikes for me while I waited, and I did some test rides. Great service! Really appreciated how welcoming they were and attentive.

knowledgable staff, friendly every time I call, carry my bike in from car since I cannot, thorough inspection and then didn't charge since the mfg put it in as just a service alert for the battery to act that way. Great Shop!!!!
