I only know him by his first name, Nelson. He was extremely helpful to me in discovering the problem with my battery on my e bike. He isolated the problem to my gage on my handlebars. He also spent time with my wife and I on determining if we were interested in purchasing a used electric tricycle. He let us try it out several times. Ultimately we were able to determine that we were not interested right now in purchasing one. He allowed us time to think about this and try out the trike. We are thankful for all his help.

I purchased a Trek X 4.0 and whoever boxed my bike did an outstanding job. The box arrived at my house in Mesa, Arizona in perfect condition. Although the box had been damaged (most likely by UPS), the bike itself was undamaged.
