great job tuning up my daughter's Electra Townie 7D! chain was coming off the rear sprocket, shifting was sketchy and brakes needed adjustment. and the bike had quite a bit of road gunk.
All better now! She refers to it as her "new bike."

Holland's Bicycle fixed my Specialized bike for a recall for a design flaw that caused the crank to fall off during normal riding. They had the proper replacement part in stock and were able to give me an appointment for a time not long from when I called them. They repaired the bike in about an hour while I waited nearby. I was very happy with the repair which was covered by the recall.

Holland's stands behind their bikes/products and is such a huge part of the community. Whether it be all of the services included in the purchase of a new bike or the charitable giving to the community, Holland's stands alone as one of the best bike stores out there. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bike.
Jacob is amazing and patient. He gave me excellent service by helping me out pick which size Trek Domane SL 5 would be the best fit for my needs. We worked in the back room where he observed my riding positions and helped me get sized properly. I felt very confident with my decision going with Holland bicycles. They also had built my bike within 24 hours and ready to go. They also had better pricing than the actual Trek store itself.
