Everyone was incredible - from the gentleman that walked me through the Brompton features and sold me my bike (he’s the Velodrome MC) to Nelson who spent about an hour making sure I knew how to fold/unfold it and actually use it. Came in to buy a bike lock. The dude who helped me gave me some time to make a good decision on which lock to purchase. I purchased a 100 dollar lock and I probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t get introduced to it with an explanation.
