Brought my bike in for a clicking sound coming from the drive train. The tech knew right away that I had a bent derailler hanger. Excellent service deptartment. Quick service too. They only had it a few days. And I know this is a busy time for them.. No sounds coming from it now. Very happy with the service.

Just the overall knowledge and friendliness of all the employees working at the store. They seemed to work well together also. Someone always asking if I was being helped. I love buying from the brick and mortar stores, especially ones that involve making an informed decision on which product to purchase. Took a couple of trips and asking questions before making my purchase and employees always showing patience. Great job "Eddy's Bike Shop North Olmsted". Shout out to David who took the time to make sure my bike rack was properly installed on my hitch and making sure the bikes were secured correctly, to Frank who sold me my bike the day before, and the gentleman whom I first talked to about buying my e-bike. Brought my bike in to fix a loose stem. Figured I would have to drop if off for a few days, but they fixed it while I waited. Only took about 10 minutes. The mechanic was very knowledgable and explained what he had to do. Will definitely bring my bikes there for service in the future.
