I needed my husband's bike fixed. His left foot pedal came off and we can't put it back together so we needed professional help and when I came, they are very helpful. They gave me a second-hand part replacement from their shop and I only payed for the labor.

Lou was great. Had the bike I'd ordered online ready quickly and was very helpful with his broad product knowledge as I looked at bikes in the store.
